AGYW-Capacity Assessment Tool
The adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) community-based organizations (CBO) capacity assessment tool forms (also known as the AGYW-CAT) was developed so that AGYW-led and -serving CBO’s can assess their capacities across different areas of organisational functioning. The different areas are: governance; planning; finance; sustainability; human resources and administration; monitoring and evaluation; advocacy and networking; community, human rights and gender; and AGYW programming. Score your organisation, and discover the areas you need to work on to become more sustainable and impactful.
The AGYW-CAT is linked to a modular capacity-building curriculum developed to strengthen AGYW-led and -serving CBOs.
The initiative was implemented by PATA, Y+Global and Her Voice, on behalf of the Global Fund Community Rights and Gender AGYW Strategic Initiative.
