Rapid operational guidance on maintaining essential HIV, Hepatitis and STI services during the US Government Funding Pause

Abrupt changes in the structure of foreign aid in 2025 have led to disruption of funding and programmes for HIV, hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) globally, among other health services. It is critical to preserve core services for HIV, viral hepatitis and STIs by implementing immediate adaptations to preserve access to essential activities, including prevention, testing and treatment, retention in care and timely reengagement.
