The purpose of this tool, by The Aurum Institute, is to provide trainers or mentors with a comprehensive and accessible tool to use when training health providers, while ensuring the accurate transfer of knowledge, creating awareness of the need for and importance of infant testing, increasing the number of children tested and linked to appropriate care and ensuring the accurate implementation of guidelines for HIV testing in children.
